Indiana Jones and the Infernal Machine
By Mike Pfeiffer
This game is a mix of "James Bond" and "Zelda." The weaponry and characteristics of the game are those of James Bond; but the controls are similar to Zelda's. This game calls for a player's guide, but that's not necessary if you have time to spend to figure out the game. Plus, the game does a good job briefing you on how to do things. The most valuable moves, and the easiest ones, are the jumps, but if you don't how to do them, you're in a lot of trouble. The three jumps are the high jump (A button), the walking jump for short distances (Z button, Control Stick all the way forward, then the A button), and the long running jump (Forward + A button) for long distances. Another trick that comes in handy is patience. As dumb as it sounds, you will be surprised by all that you miss from running through courses.
