Fox Sports: College Hoops '99

College Hoops '99 is just like the real game. From fakes to slam dunks, it has it. It's even accompanied by cool music. The only catch is that the controls are hard to learn. Some of the basic moves like shooting are shown in controller help, but you'll just have to figure out the others on your own. I recommend playing a few single games as a freshman before playing a whole season. Also, it is sometimes hard to find yourself in all the action when in a dead heat, so try to watch where you are. Just like the real game on the floor, you have to practice to be any good. So this is a great game to play when you only have a few minutes. Remember, practice makes perfect.
