You Don't Know Jack About Wii
Getting to know Jack
My name is Jack Pfeiffer and I have a dream job. I am a professional gamer. That’s right, I make money for playing video games. My friends and I are all avid gamers. We play on almost every console from the Super Nintendo to Wii, from the X-Box to the X-Box 360, and from the Playstation to, well, the PS2. When I’m outside my house, I am playing one of my several portable gaming systems, PCs included. I’m a believer that good games don’t need to be new. My friends and I are still doing battle over “Golden Eye,” made originally for the Nintendo 64. You may or may not agree, but it’s my opinion that graphics don’t make the game. It’s the strategy that get’s my attention. However, if the technology exists to have good graphics, I expect game-makers to deliver graphics with a new edge, not just reuse the graphics we saw eight years ago. What’s exciting about that?
In each review, I draw on my years of experience playing video games to rate the games honestly. I won’t review a game I haven’t played (like some reviewers) and if I’ve got a maneuver up my sleeve that can help you win your next round, I’ll share it with you.
Live. Love. Peace.
Jack Pfeiffer
